My school of thought says that five checkers if guarded for any drafting will make it an ornamental presentation.

Accurate, Brief, Constructive, Direct & Easy are five checkguards for this exercise.

Accuracy of words, sentences & grammer.

Brief writing expresses the requred information.

Constructive means positive first.

Direct relates to direction of information which should be clear.

Easy refers to simple sobber and readable format with least complexity of words.

I am not going to give you any thing that you people don’t have rather I am going to take away few things from you which you think you have but actually not. These are your obstecles, hurdles & barrier on the path of success.

I find soft skills as most explorable need for developing better human resources for tomarrow.
