ABC of writing skills

My school of thought says that five checkers if guarded for any drafting will make it an ornamental presentation.

Accurate, Brief, Constructive, Direct & Easy are five checkguards for this exercise.

Accuracy of words, sentences & grammer.

Brief writing expresses the requred information.

Constructive means positive first.

Direct relates to direction of information which should be clear.

Easy refers to simple sobber and readable format with least complexity of words.
